Long before any bait is cast, or line is dropped, SeaGuide is helping rod manufacturers and anglers improve their fishing performance. We engineer, manufacture, and evaluate every component we make – down to the last detail. Our diligence is the difference, and it can be felt in the casts that are made and in the catches that are counted.

ADVANCED MATERIALS
SeaGuide continually explores new materials for making components lighter, durable and more sustainable. From metals and alloys to ceramic inserts, we produce materials that provide the greatest performance for their intended pursuits.
MACHINING
All guides are molded and machined to spec then verified using digital calipers, electronic scales and specialized temperature shrinkage controls.

PLATINGS & COATINGS
To maintain lasting performance, SeaGuide plates and tests components right on premises. Items are then tested to ensure corrosion resistance from salt water and other environmental elements.

QUALITY CONTROL
Behind all of SeaGuide’s technologies and innovations is a through and specific Quality Assurance procedure. It includes batch inspections, material assessment, multi-point strength testing and precise analysis reporting.
for premium quality

AUTOMATION
Our investment in advance machinery ensures that each component and rod seat adhere to the most precise tolerances. It eliminates guess work and gives manufactures and anglers complete confidence in their performance.
and reliability

LOGISTICS
Every component produced is inspected, digitally categorized and inventoried. As a result, we can efficiently ship and fulfill rod needs of any size without any outages.

Featured Technology

ADAMAN FINISHING
SeaGuide uses a specialized high-tech vacuum chamber and proprietary plasma gas application to create a hard, long-lasting surface that is exceptionally durable while remaining eco-friendly. The enhanced Adaman PVD (physical vapor deposition) finish has been tested by an international polytechnic university to be 2X harder and 6X smoother than any other PVD guide on the market. Available in silver, black and gun-smoke colors, it is truly the next gen of performance finishes.
Material Testing
At Sea Guide, we engineer components that enhance precision, reduce weight, and maximize strength. Whether it’s our ultra-light Titanium Guides for effortless casting or our ergonomic reel seats for all-day comfort, we’re pushing the limits of rod technology.
Flexural Rigidity Testing
This test is used to demonstrate the ability of the different materials of the guide frame to resist external forces without deformation.
Drop Impact Test
This test is used to evaluate the durability and impact resistance of the different guide ring inserts in case of an accidental fall.
Neo-Titanium Guide Drop Test
The NTi material is specially developed for SeaGuide guide frame structure with a new production process and rigorous testing. It has higer strength and toughness while still having the advantages of being lightweight, corrosion resistant and ECO friendly.
